Referencing and paperwork
Comprehensive tenant referencing, employment and affordability checks, previous landlord references and Right to Rent checks, followed by preparation of the Tenancy Agreement.
Move-in
Deposit registration, Prescribed Information, collection of the first month's rent and deposit, and key handover, coordinated end to end.
Ongoing management

Renewals and beyond
